Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces pineapple peach kombucha
  • 1 ounce passionfruit elixir
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces butterfly pea tea topper
  • Passionfruit boba
  • Pineapple fronds
  • Dehydrated pineapple

Preparation

Combine kombucha, elixirs, and simple syrup in small shaker tin. Add ice; shake 10 seconds. Strain into pineapple glass over crushed ice. Gently add butterfly pea tea to top of drink, then add boba and dehydrated pineapple garnish.
